This And That.
Hey everyone. Club Fees is again on the agenda: As discussed at our last AGM, you have an option to either pay the full amount, R500 per family once off, or you can ask your bank for a Stop Order. Split the payment then so that the last payment will go off your account at the end of September 2015. We need all fees to be paid up at end of September to plan and organise the AGM and Year End Function.
I did contact the bank to ask the procedures for a Debit Order. This is unfortunately not an option as it is very expensive and we need to sign up with an out-side company to be able to set up a Debit Order System.

Sondag oggend ontmoet almal by die Klubhuis. Na lekker gesels en opvang met goeie vriende, vertrek ons om 09:00 na Weskus Naionale Park.
Dit was baie lekker om weer so baie buggys te sien. Dit maak n run altyd vir my net soveel lekkerder en dan besef ons weer hoekom ons aangesluit het by die Wild Buggers. Want dis lekker!
Ons wil Jan hartlik geluk wens omdat Snoopy so mooi lyk en omdat sy ons dag gekies het om te wys hoe mooi sy kan ry. Snoopy het haar pragtig van haar taak gekwyt en die run gemaak sonder tegniese foutjies. Dalk omdat n sekere beertjie nie saam gery het nie??
Ons het n draai gemaak by Yzefontein padstal. Net so bietjie verfris, bene gerek en n paar goedjies gekoop wat perongeluk by die huis agtergebly het. (Soos bv die brood wat Bok nie gekoop het vir die piekniek toebroodjies nie.) Plaas brood en plaasbotter soos dit nie meer gemaak word nie.
Uiteindelik bereik ons ons bestemming. Na n stukkie pad wat vandag vir my ietwat lank gevoel het, groet die helderblou lagoon water ons, wink ons nader vir n dag vol see, sand, goeie vriende en lekker ontspan, want dit is mos waaroor dit gaan. n Dag saam met besonderse mense, niks doen en jouself geniet.
Met aankoms, was dit die groot uitpak en die lang steil trap af. Soek vir n lekker uitspan plekkie, gazebos opslaan en uitspan vir die dag. Tone in die sand en n drankie in die hand.
n Paar van ons was dapper genoeg om die waters aan te durf en sommer lekker te swem. Die kinders en volwassenes het dit ewe veel geniet.
Na almal lekker aan hul piekniek kos gepeusel het en die son al laer begin hang het, was dit tyd om te gaan. Die gebruiklike lootjies trek was natuurlik ook deel van die dag. Party was gelukkiger as ander en het sommer lekker “goodies”gekry.
Toe vat ons die lang pad huis toe met n vinnige stop vir brandstof in Yzerfontein, bereik ons almal veilig ons tuistes. Soos ons almal weet is daar niks beter as die huis na n lang dag by die see nie. Vol sand en dood moeg, reg vir lekker slaap en n splinternuwe week.
Dit is dan al vir nou. Tot die volgende lekker weersiens.

Next Run – OUBOET SE KAMP 6 TOT 8 MAART 2015
Dis weer tyd vir ons eerste kamp van die jaar. Kom geniet ‘n rustige kampnaweek saam met Ouboet en Liana te Langebaan, Oostewal Karavaanpark die naweek van 6 – 8 Maart 2015.
Koste per plot vir 4 mense = R119.00
Meer as 4 persone per staanplek = R41.00 per person ekstra per nag.
Bring alle kamptoerusting/kos/hout/DRANKIES saam.
Beplan Saterdag teen middagete se kant ‘n “HAMBURGER RUN”.
Ons sal dit waardeer indien ons so teen die 27 ste Februarie 2015 kan weet hoeveel BUGGERS daar gaan wees ten einde die plotte te bespreek.
Julle samewerking word waardeer en ons sien uit na die naweek saam met julle.

Grappie grrrrr
To stop her 4-year old daughter from biting her nails, her mother tells her it'll make her fat. "I won't do it any more, Mom," says the daughter. Next day they are out walking when they meet a very fat man. "If I bite my fingernails, I'll be as fat as that, won't I Mom?" "You'll be fatter than that," says her mother. They get on a bus, and sitting opposite them is a very pregnant lady. The little girl can't take her eyes off the woman's belly.
The pregnant lady feels increasingly uncomfortable under this stare, and finally leans forward and says to the little girl, "Excuse me, but do you know me?" And the little girl says, "No, but I know what you've been doing..."
